In 2020 Laura was invited to become a founding member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the Journal of Management Studies. From 2013 to 2016 she was an Independent Non-Executive of KPMG LLP (becoming INE Chair in 2015). She is a long standing member of the Editorial Boards of Organization Studies and the Journal of Professions and Organizations.
